A new site for UNESCO; Arslantepe ancient site

As we have stated for several times, Turkish landscape is an archeaological treasure for the world. Its background is dated back to pre-historic ages. Also the civilizations grew up here.

Arslantepe ancient site is known as “the oldest city state” in this landscape. It is located in Eastern Anatolia. UNESCO declared that Arslantepe ancient site is in the list of world heritage list. It is dated back to 5500 B.C and various civilizations left traces in the region.

Turkish landscape offers us a great opportunity to explore history…..
