As we have mentioned for several times, Western Anatolia region was the homeland of developed Greek civilization. Ancient Roman culture marked the region and we can still unearth the evidences of this statement. A mosaic (above) is one of the samples. It was unearthed in İzmir province of Turkey. Also it was under the modern İzmir.
