Atatürk is a wise stateman and soldier, that’s why he has great recipes to survive in a long lifetime for his works. Thanks to history, he had a great knowledge about the leaders and states. There are some hints about this subject;
- Firstly, ones who will stand to rule the country should be qualified to rule the country. Weak or insufficient politicians will cause to weaken the state.
- The politicians should resist for heavy conditions. They have to be stable even in a stressed situation. They should be ready to make good evaluations for the future.
- Everybody in the country is responsible for the safety and development of the country. All of the people have missions for the country. Ones who love the country the most are the ones who fulfill his/her missions.
- The primary missions of the politicians are to protect the freedom of the public and to provide the best economic conditions for the public. The benefits of the public are the most important rules.
- The public has right to supervise the cabinet and politicians. The constitution is the main source to rule the country.
- A country has to show the necessary development in education. Atatürk’s statement: There are two sorts of army, national army and teachers…
- Science is the main guide for the development.
- National economy should be supported with production. The economy shouldn’t be dependent to import.
- The economic sources of a country should be evaluated for the benefits of the country. They shouldn’t be given to second or third parties.
- Technological and political changes have to be followed, and it is necessary to react them as soon as possible.
- Individuals have to be educated or trained according to the benefits of the country.
- Respect to the other nations and the nature are the basic principles. Peace in the world brings us the ideal world for us.
Briefly we need to evaluate our politicians very well not to have any problem for the future while voting and supporting them.
