The illegal archeaological excavations sometimes can unearth some great pieces. Some of those samples can be rescued from illegal hands. One of them was unearthed in Amasya province.

A mosaic that has an apple tree on its surface was disscovered by illegal hunters. It was rescued by official authorities. It is thought that it is around 1800 years old. It is exhibited in Amasya Archeological Museum.
