Turkish landscape has been hosting ancient civilizations for thousands years. The ancient sites such as Göbeklitepe of Şanlıurfa reflect us our social and religious development.
Archeaologists unearthed another site which has the age of Göbeklitepe. But its location is on Northern Turkey. It is on Black sea region. A temple of Black sea region has been just unearthed but the findings proved that it was an important temple for the region. Also it is around 12.000 years old. It is located in Kahintepe district of Kastamonu province.
