Mustafa Kemal Atatürk designed new Turkish Republic as secular and scientific state. New generations will be educated up to the necessities of the age. After losing many generations, new Turkish Republic has to educate the public so well that it should be the basis of civilized public. Civilization is a kind of disciplined and well-organized public product. Briefly, the education is the most necessary branch to survive for a state. If the education system works fine, the public will take place in a civilized world.
Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stated that Turkish Republic needs open-minded, disciplined and smart individuals. Republic is a sort of regime that it requires well- educated and open-minded generations. So, the state has a long lifetime. The state also has to have a secular system and scientific education system.
