The ancient times are very mysterious for the celebrations. We have the records that were prepared by ancient historians or poets. But we don’t have so much visual view for this title. Thanks to the archeaological excavations in Turkey, we can get some mosaics that show us how the celebrations were.

A mosic that was discovered in Kahramanmaraş province of Turkey gives us this visual proof. It was discovered in Germanicia ancient site which was very important in Roman period. We can see dancing ladies, servants and musicians on that mosaic.
