For example, starting from his childhood he chose his friends very carefully. His friendships in his neighborhood were the basic of his team. He knew that every individual was very valuable for the nation. He tried to direct the society and his teams according to the benefits of the homeland. He was very careful while setting a team for every level in the freedom struggle.
After quitting from the Ottoman Army, he kept on fighting with his friends starting from his childhood. During his military high school days, he collected many colleagues. In addition to the military officers, he had many connections from scientific and history area. He gave a great value to the people who did their job very well. That’s why he had a statement: One who loves his homeland is the one who does his job very well.
He also gave value to the teachers and education area. He was aware that education is the most important area in order to develop a country.
