Politics is a very sensitive branch. It can be affected from anything. Even though intension is right, any other fact can change the path of the politics. Especially religion is the most important fact that can change the politics. As a human right, every individual has right to live and act up to his/her belief.

Mustafa Kemal observed how English forces used radicals against national forces. Some hodjas were trying to affect the public that England was their best choice. Even today, we observe the same situation in Middle East. The public of the Middle East is pushed to the trap of West by using Islam. Secularism is the principle against this threat. It is also valid for every belief. Secularism makes the public live together. Beliefs may change but target is one: great country. Diversity never separates a country, it enriches the culture. For example, Islam, Christianity and Jewish communities have been living in harmony for centuries in Anatolia. You can see that mosques, churches and synagogues are next to each other. They are respectful for their holy times. When religion and politics get together, bad results may occur in the country. Medieval age is very good example for Europe. Do you know why millions of people died in 16th century because of plague? Absence of cats. Church authorities declared that cats were the animals of the satan. So they were killed. Rats got more and plague spread. Result was a chaos.

Logic and science are the best guides individually and for nations. Education is the most necessary power in a country.
