After the WWI, UK, France, Italia and Greece -with the US support- attacked Turkish territory. They shared the Anatolian peninsula. Their purpose was to apply Sevres Agreement.

Ottoman State accepted the agreement, but a man told the world “No”. So, the Turkish Independence War started. He relied on the public’s freedom spirit and he leaded the Turks. That was Mustafa Kemal, his purpose wasn’t only finishing the invasion and also his wish was to establish a strong new Turkish state. Turkish nation united and achieved this goal by the leadership of Mustafa Kemal in tough five years.

If he had accepted it like Ottoman State, we could have seen a big chaos in this territory. Even there can’t be any Turks on this territory. Briefly someone should have said “no” for this situation.
