Anatolia is a very special region for Christianty because Christianty became an universal religion here. Holy Bible and Christianty were shaped up to the counsils in Anatolia and the first church of the world was constructed in Hatay province of Southern Anatolia.
The church which was dedicated to St.Pierre was built by carving the natural cave. The construction year was between 29 and 40. The community was named as Christians in Hatay.
It is one of the worthvisiting places of Turkey.
