Mt. Kaz is one of the famous mountain chains in Turkey. A discovery that happened by chance hypnotized us very much. The rock above is locating over the ground, so it is called ” flying rock”. Actually it is standing on small rocks but it is very surprising how they can carry tonnes of this rock.

Olive trees are the tree species that can live for a long time. This life time is so long that it can be longer than 1500 years. In Aegean region of Turkey, we can come across some olive trees that are older than 2000 years old. They are still fertile. They can be considered as natural treasures of Turkey.
