It is the sign of the deep historical background of Southern Eastern Anatolia. As we have stated for several times, it was a very famous region due to its location.
Another excavation site , Karahan tepe, gave us promosing hints to achieve the goal. Although we don’t have significant proofs, it is stated that important discoveries were unearthed in this excavation site. They may be dated back to the period that can be older than Göbeklitepe. Such as the statues, the findings have important hints on the history of the region.

According to this general situation, tourists are having fun in beaches in Antalya. December is a great time for Antalya even though winter has tough conditions in geography of Turkey. The tourists can act as if it is a summer month.
